I am seeking a talented and creative professional for an in-house Graphic Designer
position. The desired candidate strongly understands layout, color, and composition in
the print and digital realms. The desired candidate has excellent time management, customer service, and communication
skills, both verbal and written. The graphic designer must have a good eye for attractive and functional
design, think creatively, and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts. Must have a positive
attitude, dependable work ethic, and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment. The person who fills
this role will need to be a self-starter who can set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively.
JOB FUNCTIONS
· Creates designs and layouts for brochures, business cards, digital flyers, kiosk machines advertisement web ads, and other forms of advertising.
· Designs custom invites, stationary, promotional items, etc. for various clients.
· Prepares files for printing as well as processing work orders.
· Accurately logs time spent on projects and their progress.
· Communicate with customers via phone and email to respond to inquiries and orders, and send proofs and
design requests.
· Communicate with vendors as necessary to send print-ready artwork files.
· Manages production workflow to ensure optimum productivity and output.
· Perform other related duties as needed in the digital and wide format printing realm.

· Experience with Adobe Creative Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Strong understanding of design principles, and color theory.
