Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts, focusing on both inbound and outbound lead generation strategies. This role involves managing CRM systems, analyzing data to improve campaign effectiveness, and collaborating with the sales team to align marketing activities with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

- Develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, and SEO strategies.

- Support outbound marketing efforts such as email outreach, direct mail, and social media advertising.

- Monitor lead generation metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

2. CRM Systems Management:

- Set up, maintain, and optimize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to support marketing and sales activities.

- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline lead nurturing and customer segmentation.

- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure data accuracy, seamless handoffs, and alignment on lead management.

3. Data Analysis:

- Analyze campaign metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

- Use data to identify areas for improvement and suggest strategic adjustments.

4. Content Creation:

- Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for blogs, emails, landing pages, and social media.

- Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and high quality.

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team, marketing manager, and other stakeholders to align marketing activities with business goals.

- Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Skills:

- Proficiency in CRM systems.

- Experience with inbound and outbound marketing tactics.

- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms is a plus.
