Lead Canvass Position/ Lead Marketing Generator Available for Experienced Marketing Leaders

We have multiple Items you can set appointments for.

You can even hire your own team for non-customer meets (teams for customer meets must be background checked and trained). Job Description:
Role: Canvasser/Lead Generator
Objective: Set appointments for a free consultation or estimates for our home experts to go over the causes of water issues they might be having in their homes. (No selling; just set the appointments)
Compensation:
Paid in 3 ways:
1. Basic Lead Provider Only:
Find the leads however you can, as long as they are looking for our services, quality leads, and legal.
$150.00 for every quality lead.
Avg Pay: 5 set quality appointments a week = $39,000.00+/year.
2. Lead Provider:
Same as above, but get paid $100.00 per quality lead and get a commission percentage on all jobs sold by your sales reps from your leads.
Our sales reps close an average of 60 to 70%.
Avg Pay: with the same amount of job sales as above $57,200+/year.
3. Lead Provider and Sales Rep:
Let us train you to be a high-closing sales rep—close jobs from small to large.
Get $75.00 for every lead provided, plus earn commissions on your sales.
Sales rep closes at $95,000.00, and the top closers as high as $255,000.00+.
Provide leads, and we give our top closers extra leads to sell. (No caps)
Bonuses:
Bonuses will be provided for top performers in lead generation and/or sales.
Average Earnings:
Lead Provider: Average Canvassers make between $1,100 to $1,800+ per week.
Lead Provider & Sales Rep: Average $3,000-$4,000.00 per week.

20 doors per hour average; gas cards offered based on hours worked.

Run leads we provide for you- Max Run 4 leads per day
Min. Close 53% and Higher
All your Standard Sales Protocols (Follow-ups, Reports, ext.)
A Typical Day Includes:
Engage the community by canvassing door-to-door.
Social media Lead generation or websites
Effectively use technology tools to ensure accurate and timely data entry by using a smartphone application.
Work at least 4 hours per shift; we are canvassing 6 days a week, and both FT and PT hours are available.
Report and complete daily goals to the manager.
Bilingual preferred, not required (English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese).
Responsibilities Canvassers/ Door knockers, Event Shows:
Build trust and respect with customer
Distribute educational materials door-to-door.
Perform targeted door-to-door canvassing in assigned, pre-selected communities.
Input customer info into the app/ ask for referrals
Requirements for Customer engagements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Must own a smartphone or tablet to download our GPS-enabled application.
Participate and complete all required training.
Strong communication skills, are outgoing, honest, and hard-working.
Presentable attire + comfortable shoes (casual, free of rips, holes, tears, and logos).
Must be able to walk for 4 hours.
Ability to work outside and walk/stand for extended periods of time.
Can work well with both a team and alone.
