We are a well established Home Healthcare Company in the NASA area near Clear Lake. We service: Santa Fe, Webster, Friendswood, Galveston, Baytown, Houston and areas in-between.
Duties include:
- Confer with Administrator on a regular basis as needed with the current marketing plan - along with a Bi-weekly in face meeting to discuss ongoing clients, new prospects and accomplishments.
-Create a well-developed pipeline of new prospects that can send us fresh referrals for Home Healthcare Services.
- Maintain kindly ongoing relationship with established community Healthcare referral source contacts.
-Coordinate with management any information on Referral Source concerns & follow-up on any of these Concerns with our referral sources to their complete satisfaction.
- Analyze the current territory and generate and establish new referral sources.
- Convey our Long-Term track record of high quality Client care and deliver presentations on company services with Medical Professionals including - Doctors, Case Managers, Social Workers, Nurses and Facility representative involved in the discharge process.
- Exceed all expectations on a daily and monthly basis by measuring the number of unique and New referrals for Home healthcare patients.
- Maintain a well-defined marketing territory that includes regular visits to key Healthcare related community contacts, Local Industry Networking Events, networking events, and educational in-services.
-Required Daily: Completed Log (turned into the office daily at end of work day) of Marketing activities for the work day with relevant notes for potential or ongoing referral resources. Daily documentation of all Spending with receipts
Qualifications:
- Marketing or related degree.
- A Background in marketing Home Health Care with proven sales records.
- Two to Four years Marketing experience overall at a minimum.
- Marketing Experience should be in the healthcare industry.
- Must be a Sharp communicator with excellent rapport skills.
- Ability to use general computer skills including Word and Excel
- Organized and Inventive when dealing with Problems.
- Other duties as required.
- Must display a True Heart-felt passion for helping patients and loved ones through recovery towards independence to assure they can return to the community with all needed knowledge of ongoing Healthcare needs, safety and resources required for the optimal living experience.
