-Responsible for taking data (truck, trailer, truck, and trailer plate, driver's name, customer name) of all units and loads entering and leaving the yard.
-Verify that the customer's documentation carrying the truck matches the load before it is departed. · Visually inspects the physical conditions of the box and reports anomalies to your superior.
-Receives documentation from traffic coordinators and sends information to monitoring to receive authorization from
-Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Proactive and able to work with no supervision
-Organizational skills
-Must be able to work in variable temperatures outdoors (below freezing to over 100 degrees)
-Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (rain, wind, humidity, direct sunlight, etc) in various geographical locations
-Must be able to reach, bend, stoop while performing work
-Must be able to climb into and out of equipment (cars, vans, trucks, trailers, etc)
-Patrol the yard every 40 minutes
-Working hours: 7pm to 7am daily and 24 hours during weekends and holidays
