Guarantee Clause and Investment Conditions.
The business in question is guaranteed by the producer, who will back the transaction with a guarantee equivalent to 10% of the total gold investment, thus covering the investor's investment with a 130% guarantee.
Our participation in the project will represent an expense equivalent to 7.1% of the total investment.
To protect the investor's interests, a formal contract will be signed stipulating the full repayment of the invested capital should the transaction fail to proceed.
If physical collateral is provided, the annual return will be adjusted to a rate of 12% to 14% per year, as such an operation would no longer be considered high-risk. Under similar conditions, a bank would provide financing at a rate between 8% and 10% per year.
However, this transaction contemplates an estimated return of 200% over a four-month period, which translates to a monthly return of 50%, plus a 5% commission.
It is recognized that the greater the risk, the greater the potential profit. In this particular case, the transaction is insured, significantly reducing the risk for the investor.
