Transporting bags of trash from each apartment door and disposing of them in the compactor on the property.
This is part-time work every Evening Sunday - Thursday. (Fridays, Saturdays, and major holidays off). Must have a pick-up truck to use on this job.
The Job: Show up to the apartment complex by 7 PM on the scheduled days. Collect the trash bags from each apartment door and use your pick-up truck to take all the bags to the dumpsters or trash compactor. All bags must go inside the compactor and be compacted. This is a physical job that involves going up and down the stairs of each building and carrying several bags of trash at a time. The job will take approximately 2 hours each night, depending on how fast you work.
The work has to be done every scheduled evening. If you can't make it, you must have someone you can call on who can step in for you. Not servicing the property on a scheduled night is not an option.
