Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Supervisor/Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Landscape management and possess strong leadership qualities to oversee and coordinate daily operations on commercial properties.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead Landscape crew members 3 to 4 people (ensure safety protocols)
- Drive pickup truck with landscape trailer attached
- Manage staff and equipment to ensure project timelines meet quality standards.
- Use zero-turn mower 48'" to 60" to cut properties
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards (No weeds, Grass is cut, Good edge)
Skills:
- Proficiency in lawn care management practices
- Strong knowledge of zero turn mower, weedeater, blower, and driving trailer
- 2yrs Experience in landascape/lawn care is a plus
- Ability to give instructions in English & Spanish
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead and motivate teams effectively
