Sales Lead & Labor Specialist

Sales & Customer Interaction:

Meet with customers at their location and provide on-site quotes for junk removal services.

Build trust, answer questions, and close sales effectively.

Earn 5% commission on all sales you close.

Labor & Job Completion:

Lead a two-person team to complete the removal job immediately after closing the sale.

Safely lift and move heavy items, including furniture, appliances, and other junk.

Ensure the job site is left clean and organized.

Team Leadership:

Coordinate with the helper to complete tasks efficiently and professionally.

Represent Company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Required Experience:

Sales or customer service roles (e.g., retail, hospitality, or direct sales).

Physical labor roles (e.g., moving services, warehouse, or construction).

Leadership or team-oriented positions.

Must speak good English and Spanish preferred

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly.

Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive a box truck

Benefits:

$13/hour base pay with 5% commission and tips on all closed sales.
