We are a family-owned regional property preservation company looking for grass cutting / lawn services Greater Houston area. We service abandoned/foreclosed properties for banks and they typically pay $30 per lawn for normal residential lawns bi-weekly grass recuts.

Requirements
(1) Cut the grass as residential properties
(2) Weed eat
(3) Use blower or sweep
(4) Do not leave excess clippings
(5) Foreclosed homes require photos of the lawn service.
- Address Verification Photos: Street sign, house number, lockbox on house, vacant property posting sign on front of house
- Before Photos: 10 photos of the outside of the house and yard. A ruler or tape measure showing grass height.
- During Photos: 5 Mowing, 5 Weed Eating, 5 Blowing (you can take these as you go of your hand holding the tool)
- After Photos: 10 photos of the outside of the house and yard. A ruler or tape measure showing grass height.
All photos are taken on an app that we provide on your smart phone.
We pay every 15 days and have great relationships with our contractors!
