Porter/Light Maintenance

Clear Lake condominium property seeks a part-time Porter for its 205-unit community. Duties include, but are not limited to, picking-up grounds, exterior light checks/bulb replacement, light painting, sprinkler head replacement, mailbox lock replacement and light carpentry repairs. Duties to be performed primarily outdoors. Prior experience preferred. Must have own hand tools. 20 hours/week preferred. No weekends. Please submit resume via email.
