Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated groundskeeper to join our team. The groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facility grounds, including outdoor areas, parking lots, and landscaping. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of outdoor areas, including sweeping, mowing, and trimming grass and shrubs.
Ensure that parking lots and walkways are clear of debris and well-maintained.
Monitor and report any issues with landscaping, irrigation systems, or outdoor equipment.
May be asked to support in other areas as needed outside of this jobs scope
Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing job duties.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks is a must.
Good physical condition, as the role may involve lifting, bending, and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
