Sub contractor needed pay will be $200-250 a day. Must have your own tools and transportation. We provide materials.
MUST have knowledge in:
dry wall
framing
texture
paint
flooring
and light electrical
Biggest job takes 2 weeks to complete. Once the job is 50% complete, we are willing to pay half. Once job is fully completed we will pay remaining half. This is continuous work flow. Each job will have its own deadline. If the job is completed before the deadline you will get paid the same. If the deadline is exceeded you will not be provided extra.
Example:
Deadline is 1 week (7 days)
The pay is $1400 for this said job
If you finish in 5 days you still get paid $1400
If you take longer than 7 days to complete you will not get extra. Pay stays the same.
