Your Role in the Spotlight
As a Facilities Technician, you'll take pride in keeping our venues running perfectly day in and day out. You'll work independently while also being a trusted partner to your supervisor and venue teams.
Here's what your role will involve:
Own Your Daily Maintenance Tasks
Complete daily work orders through our facilities management platform (Corrigo).
Perform preventive maintenance tasks like replacing air filters, inspecting A/C units, checking plumbing fixtures, and testing lighting.
Conduct property walks to spot and fix maintenance issues proactively.
Support quarterly Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules set by your supervisor.
Be the Go-To Fixer
Respond to minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance needs.
Handle light landscaping touch-ups like replacing broken sprinkler heads or trimming small bushes.
Help set up and maintain equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure everything is ready when needed.
Assist with urgent calls or emergencies (rotating on-call schedule may apply).
Stay Organized and Communicate
Document all work orders and tasks completed.
Communicate clearly with your Facilities Supervisor on any larger issues you notice.
Maintain clean, organized mechanical rooms, supply closets, and shop areas.
Focus on Safety
Follow all safety protocols, including using PPE when necessary.
Report any safety concerns immediately to your supervisor.
Pay + Perks
$24 - $26 per hour to start (based on experience).
Full-time schedule, with some flexibility needed for occasional emergency calls.

What You Bring:
1-2 years of general maintenance or facilities technician experience preferred.
Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
Strong attention to detail - you take pride in your work!
Reliable transportation to travel between venues (mileage may be reimbursed).
Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work both indoors and outdoors.
