A Operator primarily cleans the surface of parts. A vital part of their job is ensuring the functionality of the machine by making sure they follow the standard operation procedure, and the machines are ran correctly.
Responsibilities
Fully understands the operating procedure and the proper setting up machine(s) for operation.
Perform quality control, complete the necessary daily reports, and report problems to supervisor.
Clean equipment daily and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
Assist in the loading of parts as needed.
Carrying out safety checks
An understanding of how to maintain the machines
Ability to work on their own and work well with others.
Required to maintain a safe and clean working area.

Darkened glasses when in operation.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Speak and understand the English language.
Bilingual a plus
Basic written communication skills.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
A willingness to work late or early hours, weekends and overtime if necessary.
Remaining in challenging physical positions for long periods of time
Lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
