Hours are either 6 to 6 or 7 to 7.
Rotating Shifts every 6 weeks

POSITION SUMMARY:
The FWC Machine Operator Helper is responsible for having the raw materials & equipment to running the production of all couplings and ensuring an adequate supply of materials for continuous workflow. This role involves setting up molds and workstations, monitoring production runs, and documenting materials and results in the SAP system.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ROLE
FWC Coupling Machine Operator
· Help the operator to run the production of all couplings, operate machinery, and maintain an
appropriate level of materials for the machine.
· Visually monitor production runs and document results and materials used.
· Set up and prepare all molds and workstations at the start of each project to ensure seamless
production flow.
· Stencil and barcode every finished pipe for accurate identification and traceability as needed.
· Capture all the coupling parameters in SAP system.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the production floor.
· Determine and report all machine malfunctions and potential defects to an appropriate
Supervisor.
· Complete all mold changes to maintain production required
· Partner with the Quality Control team to ensure all projects comply with ISO standards and
meet the highest quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
· 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
· Solid understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and ISO compliance requirements
· Excellent communication skills
· Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook, etc.) required
· Bilingual or proficiency in a foreign language preferred
