Daytime Janitor needed for Medical Office Building. Duties include cleaning hallways, restrooms, parking lot cleanup, light maintenance items (changing light bulbs), ceiling tiles, and other duties as required. Ideal candidate has experience with this type of work, maintain clean appearance, able to lift up to 30 lbs, Bi-Lingual or English Speaking, No Criminal Record and must be able to pass a drug screen test. Needed Mon-Fri mornings for 4 hours per day.
