We are accepting bidding quotes from contractors for labor-only work on an interior build-out project that includes:
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Building a bar area
Materials will be provided by the client.
This is labor-only work — please provide a detailed quote for your labor rate or day rate.
Compensation Range:
$200 – $400 per day, depending on experience and project scope.
Payment terms will be discussed upon bid approval.
Requirements:
- Open to contractors in the Missouri City and Fort Bend area
- Must have your own crew or team
- Must have your own tools
- Provide references or a portfolio of previous similar work

Shift Coverage Needed:
- Day Shift
- Evening Shift (6 PM – 11 PM)
- Overnight Shift (11 PM onward)
