I am looking for a small crew of 2-3 hard working, trustworthy, and reliable men. No drugs or drama. We are a fast growing remodeling company with excellent quality and customer service. In particular I need a crew that can do the following with little to no direction:
Paint, replace baseboards, doors, vanity, sinks, toilets and faucets. Tape, float, texture sheetrock. Demo tile walls, floors, cabinets. I have an excellent tile guy, glass guy, plumber, and electrician. The goal is to remodel bathrooms. I deal with the customers. I find the jobs. I pay weekly. Based on a daily rate that we discuss prior to starting work. I need a lead who can do it all along with two skilled guys that follow directions from you. I pay the lead and he pays his helpers. The helpers cannot be some random guys you pick off the street. We need quality clean men that do an honest days work for honest and trustworthy pay. This is a legitimate company. You will be responsible for your own taxes as this is 1099 contract work.
