HIRING for PART TIME & FULL TIME
Cleaning Tech and experience motivated Team Leader
Pay depends on the project size and location.
Team Supervisor will be responsible for running their own crews, handyman skills, able to demonstrate safe operation of a floor scrubber/buffer, carpet steam cleaner or gas blower is a plus which brings more pay and responsibilities for use of special equipment.
Company is split between Commercial cleaning and Residential/Vacation rental cleaning, I’m currently looking for workers or cleaning crews currently doing residential cleaning looking to switch to commercial jobs for various new major up and coming contracts, locations, event coverage cleaning, set-up and tear-down.
Area of coverage: Port Bolivar, Galveston Island, Hitchcock, La Marque, Texas City, League City and Friendswood area
work day’s Monday to Friday, work some Saturday & Sundays (hours may vary depending on the holidays and season)
Locations we cover: luxury apartments, small hotels, churches, office buildings, events centers and vacation rental homes.
Job Description Cleaning Tech:
wiping down tables using sanitizer bottle and microfiber towels
throwing trash to dumpster and replacing trash bag liners
vacuuming/sweeping using broom and dust pan
mopping, occasionally use a carpet cleaning machine
Laundering of sheets, towels and blankets
Must be able to lift 20-30lb
Crews or Team leader job description:
must have a minimum 2 years of people management experience
must have a minimum 3 years experience in Janitorial cleaning industry
must have a reliable transportation
multiple crew sizes from 2-4 man is needed
must be able to work well with others
able to pass background check
must have at least 3 valid job references.
must have your own transportation (no exceptions)
must be able to follow instructions and team leaders
must have a good working cell phone
must have a bank account to receive direct deposits
pays: weekly & Monthly
