Cleaners and Unit Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaner and Unit Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Furnished homes are in top condition and ready to welcome guests. Your duties will include not only cleaning but inspecting units after cleaning, performing touch-up cleaning and restocking, managing city trash pick-up schedules, ordering restocking items, and handling small maintenance repairs.

Responsibilities:

Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of the homes after they have been cleaned to ensure they meet our standards for guest readiness.

Cleaning: Perform cleaning and Laundry as needed to ensure that units are spotless and welcoming for guests.

Restocking: Monitor inventory levels and order necessary items to restock units, including toiletries, linens, kitchen supplies, etc.

Trash Management: Keep track of city trash pick-up schedules and ensure that trash is properly disposed of to maintain cleanliness and compliance with local regulations.

Maintenance Repairs: Handle minor maintenance repairs such as changing AC filters, repairing toilet seats, replacing light bulbs, door lock install and other small tasks to keep units in good working order.

Communication: Coordinate with cleaning staff, maintenance personnel, and property managers to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of any issues.

Requirements:

Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously inspect units and ensure they meet quality standards before guest arrivals.

Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and maintenance tasks efficiently.

Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them proactively.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and vendors effectively.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Resourcefulness and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.

Reliability: Dependability to consistently execute tasks on schedule and meet deadlines.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, lifting, and light maintenance work.

Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field is preferred.
