Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated Bilingual Warehouse Employees who are fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers receive the best possible service. Work is performed in a warehouse non-AC environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies when required.
- Assisting customers with loading and unloading building materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during customer interactions.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Be punctual and dependable, contributing to a positive team environment.
- Adapt to varying warehouse temperatures depending on the season.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (NO EXCEPTIONS).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy items.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the position.
