PriorityWorkforce is hiring for an Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will review orders, input them into Company ERP system, and process the orders to ensure the shipment is fulfilled properly and delivered on time. You will collaborate with carriers to coordinate pick-up and delivery, monitor delivery dates. You will also communicate daily with our sales team to update them on the status of client orders
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Pay$16-$18 DOE
Order Processor Duties and Responsibilities
Review daily orders from customers, verifies and acknowledges that orders can be fulfilled on time and in full.
Input orders into company ERP system
Reviews daily all open orders and prints outs pick tickets for that day’s orders to be pulled by operations.
Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
Track shipments and update master list
Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
Respond to all inquiries for all status order and resolve all customer issues
Communicate delivery updates with sales team and customers
Order Processor Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or
Bilingual English/Spanish
2+ years of customer service, shipping or logistics experience (preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Data entry experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
