The ideal candidate likes to work at a very rapid pace, capable of making 50+ phone calls/day, as well as seeing 30+ patients in office. He/she should have customer service and strong computer skills and a background in insurance billing is a plus. Duties include scheduling, billing, verbal/written communication with patients, financial arrangement presentations, and ongoing daily interaction with the dentist, patients, and staff. Valid Drivers License for local transportation of patients, as required.
