Overview:
We’re looking for a well-rounded, proactive pharmacist who can wear multiple hats — clinical support, outreach, and business growth. This role isn’t just about filling prescriptions. We need someone comfortable answering phones, doing patient follow-ups, and helping drive the success of our DME and pharmacy operations. This is a Part-Time position that will transition into a Full-Time position based on work performance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting where they can make a visible impact every day.
What You’ll Do:
Answer phone calls from patients and providers
Support patients with questions about prescriptions, deliveries, or insurance
Help with intake, transfers, and DME order coordination
Conduct follow-up calls and assist with outreach programs (e.g., weight loss, CGMs)
Collaborate with staff to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly
Recommend ways to improve workflow, service, and growth
Assist with provider relationships and community engagement
Step in on tasks outside the traditional pharmacist role when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Texas Pharmacist (active and in good standing)
Comfortable on the phone and speaking clearly with patients and providers
Experience in a community pharmacy, DME, or outpatient care setting preferred
Someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and supports the whole team
Fast learner, multitasker, and willing to jump in wherever needed
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Open to occasional after-hours or weekend support if needed
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience ($40 to $55) Bi-weekly pay
Bonus opportunities tied to performance and growth
Room to grow into a leadership or operations-focused role
