Looking for PT skilled caregiver to work during the week, on call, and or weekends. Serious applicants only. Weekday hours are from 3:30 pm to 830 pm at least. Weekend hours are between 830 am to 830 pm, 8 to 12 hours a day. A licensed private duty nurse, LVN or RN is needed at least for during weekend. Need someone who is detail oriented to work with teen who is wheel chair bound with Cerebral Palsy, experience with lifts of 100 pounds and transfers, using a Hoyer lift, following instructions and taking notes, playful and read books, and enjoys walks outside. Caregiver and nurse needs to be active with a strong work ethic. Comfortable in changing diapers, feeding with spoon, working with a stomach g and j tube. Willing to train. Payroll is handled by a staffing agency. Work environment is clean, all are vaccinated, have 1 cat, and a detailed Mom that expects the best care for teen. Being safe, following instructions, and keeping everything clean is a must, and should be part of their own values. Need reliable transportation, vaccinated, and in good health to be dependable.
