Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through face-to-face outreach (door-to-door or tabletop events)
- Educate prospects on ACA health plan options and assist with enrollment inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of referrals and leads
- Collaborate with the team to maximize outreach efforts
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to confidently engage in face-to-face interactions and generate leads
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
