Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Hunger Crush Cafe located in Conroe, TX. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Restaurant, staff management, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for hiring and training staff, managing inventory and supplies, implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Restaurant Manager will also handle customer inquiries and complaints, and work closely with the kitchen staff and management team to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
Prior experience in restaurant management or a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends mandatory, and holidays as needed
Proficiency in Toast POS software
TABC / Food Handler Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or culinary arts is a plus
