Position:
Part-Time Front Desk Agent
Weekly Schedule: 15–20 hours/week
Pay: $15 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services: Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, manage check-ins and check-outs, verify identification, and process payments accurately and professionally.
Customer Experience: Provide personalized service, answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and fulfill special requests to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Reservations: Handle bookings, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel's reservation system.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between guests and departments (housekeeping, maintenance, and management) to ensure smooth operations.
Local Expertise: Share recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions in East Downtown Houston.
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
