We are hiring line cooks. Both part-time (20 hours a week) and full-time (35 hours a week) positions are available.
Requirements :
. Have open availability for some Morning (10:30am to 3pm) or some Evening (4:30 to 9:30pm) shifts
. Must have availability on at least 2 of the 3 weekend days
. Be able to communicate in English
. Learn, study and understand the menu
As a line cook you should :
. Be able to assemble and cook all ramen dishes, appetizers and rice bowls as per the menu
. Learn and be able to prep the required items during down time
. Notify the team if we are running low or out of inventory
. Open or close the store depending on the shift
. Be knowledgeable on the menu and the origins of the items served
. Be able to advise customers and servers when presented with food or dietary restrictions
Other Notes :
Meals provided during shift
We close on Thanksgiving and Christmas
Training will provided as needed to ensure that you can perform the needed tasks to expectation.
