Cooking items on the line by grilling, frying, chopping, sauteing, and broiling to quality guidelines and standardized recipes.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards (like creating and following a restaurant cleaning checklist) that comply with state and local food safety and sanitation regulations.
Handling and storing food safely and properly.
Takes inventory counts before and after shifts, completes food inventory or storage sheets.
Puts in food and supply orders for delivery.
Ability to work on weekends, stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Create Food promos and specials.
Take pictures of cooking process, food plating and kitchen activities for marketing.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a Cook/Prep.
A passion for cooking and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and a commitment to safety standards.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Possession of a Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
