We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, creative, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality food consistently. This is a leadership role requiring both culinary talent and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, plating, and sanitation

Design and update menu items that align with our restaurant’s brand and standards

Manage kitchen staff: hire, train, schedule, and supervise line cooks and prep staff

Maintain high food quality, presentation, and consistency at all times

Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and manage food cost and waste

Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met or exceeded

Collaborate with ownership on specials, promotions, and seasonal menus

Maintain a calm and productive kitchen culture, even during peak hours

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a busy restaurant

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

Must be reliable, organized, and work well under pressure

Excellent communication and time management skills

Food Manager Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
