As a Loader, you will move pallets of merchandise from staging areas and load proper trailers.Job DescriptionText “CS” to 32543 to learn more about how you can become a part of our legacy.
Earn $17 per hour + $1.50 (cooler/freezer premium) + .75 shift differential (4:00 p.m.-4:00 a.m.) + incentive and attendance pay (once you qualify)
FT, 2nd shift, 5:30 p.m. until completion, 5 days on/2 days off (Saturday off)
Location: 3100 Holcombe Blvd. Houston, Texas 77021
You will contribute by:
Load full pallets of merchandise into trailers and ensure damage is avoided.
Operate forklift and pallet jack.
Inspect trailer for damage before loading.
Utilize RF handhelds and/or voice to verify loading of pallets.
Wrap pallet and stretch wrap.
Operate battery changing hoist.
Keep work area clean.
Complete inspection forms on equipment operated.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Specialized Knowledge : Certified forklift and pallet jack operator.
Special Skills : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, ability and other characteristics required: Demonstrates commitment and ability to work safely. Show reliability and maintain satisfactory attendance. Produce quality work. Ability to maintain required productivity/work expectations. Ability to operate required materials handling equipment (MHE).
Physical abilities: : Never balancing, sitting. Occasionally climbing up to 4 ft. (Must have fall protection training and using proper fall protection equipment). Occasionally smelling, crawling, kneeling, and talking. Occasionally, feeling, fingering, gripping and carrying up to 60 Lbs. Frequently lifting up to 60 Lbs. Continuously stooping, pivoting and reaching (level: Waist/overhead, etc.). Continuously standing and walking on surface type (s): Carpet, tile, concrete. continuously handling hearing, seeing and repetitive movement using both hands and feet.
