Description A company in North Houston is seeking a Training Specialist with a strong background in training design/development experience. This will be a long term contract role working in-office. Candidate's will need to have experience taking content and creating a training program (PowerPoint, videos, etc.) that supports learning the content. The below would be some of the necessary steps:
Design the course structure based on the content received from the sales leader.
Prepare training materials.
Plan the training delivery method.
