Description Cindy Bradley is actively seeking Tax Director for this Industrial /Mfg company located in WEST Houston. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing tax-related processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also work towards identifying tax savings opportunities and understanding the implications of tax decisions for multiple entities all located in United States. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all corporate tax operations and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Implement and maintain accounting software systems for efficient tax management. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in tax calculations and payments. Prepare and review annual income tax provisions and corporate tax returns. Maintain accurate documentation of all tax-related activities. Develop strategies to minimize corporate tax liabilities and identify tax savings opportunities. Understand and analyze the implications of tax decisions on the company's operations. Use tax compliance software like CCH ProSystem fx for efficient tax compliance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
