Entering Employee Records & Schedules
Coordinating Hiring Needs with Restaurant Leadership
Assimilate New Hires into Company Culture & Monitor Hiring Progress
Prepare New Hire Uniforms & Training Materials
Serve as a backup NHO Facilitator
Attend Weekly T&D Dept Training Meetings
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS
Bilingual language (Spanish and English) skills in speaking, reading & writing.
Application of Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop is a Plus
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
A strong communicator with a cheerful and positive disposition.
A self-starter who can stay on task with multiple workstreams.
