Job Title: Structural Welder (Night Shift)Job DescriptionThe Structural Welder will be responsible for welding and assembling skids for modular cooling systems. This role involves welding on I-beams and other structural pieces to create large skids. The candidate must be able to pass a 3G and 4G MIG root with Flux pass on a 1/2 inch carbon plate weld test.Responsibilities
Weld and assemble skids for modular cooling systems.
Perform welding on I-beams and other structural pieces to create large skids.
Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications.
Use MIG and Flux welding techniques for vertical and overhead welding.
Perform grinding and gouging as needed.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in structural welding.
Proficiency in MIG and Flux welding techniques.
Experience in vertical and overhead welding.
Experience in grinding and gouging.
Ability to pass a 3G and 4G MIG root with Flux pass on a 1/2 inch carbon plate weld test.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in welding skids.
Experience operating an overhead crane.
