Staff Accountant

Description Our client is looking for a part time staff accountant to join their team on a part time basis, 20 hours a week, 100% onsite for about 3 months. Responsibilities Oversee the execution of bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy Manage and maintain the general ledger Carry out accounts payable and receivable duties to sustain financial liquidity Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as the general ledger accounts Execute ad hoc tasks as required to support the accounting department Prepare fixed asset schedules to track company assets Conduct financial analyses to provide insightful information for decision making.Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) management Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations accurately Familiarity with maintaining and updating the General Ledger Capability to create and manage Journal Entries effectivelyPlease apply today if you are interested.
