Description We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our team in Houston, Texas. This individual will be part of our Service industry team, working on various projects including the transfer of our payment processing to a new system. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Develop and maintain software applications using VB, C#, .NET, and SQL Participate in backend development tasks Utilize Atlassian Jira for project management and bug tracking Work on Windows form development and API development Implement and understand dependency injection, hashing, and security principles Contribute to database management and AB testing processes Participate in Agile Scrum meetings and processes Incorporate the use of Ajax in development tasks Implement ASP.NET in application development Apply knowledge of payment processing systems to projects Requirements Proficient in Atlassian Jira Experience in Backend Development Familiarity with Bug Tracking Strong knowledge of C programming language Skilled in Database management and AB Testing Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies Proficiency in Ajax programming Experience in API Development Proficient in ASP.NET Able to work in a service industry environment Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Desire to learn and grow professionally in the software development field.
