USC - Independent consultants onlyUSC - Independent consultants onlyUSC - Independent consultants onlyUSC - Independent consultants onlyUSC - Independent consultants only  Title: Site Reliability Engineer - Independent consultants only - W2Location: Houston, TX – HybridLevel: Entry to mid-level is fine. 2-5 yrs exp Key Responsibilities: Observability: Continuously observe production health dashboards in DataDog to detect anomalies or system disruptions.  Issue Triage: Rapidly assess and escalate technical problems to relevant teams while initiating mitigation steps.  Customer Support: Join critical customer calls to provide technical insights and ensure swift issue resolution.  Weekly Reporting: Prepare and present detailed weekly reports on project status, risks, and milestones using slides (PowerPoint).  Project Tracking: Maintain and update project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheets) to track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.  Requirements:2+ years in technical support, operations, or project management.  Proficiency in dashboard tools (e.g., Grafana, Tableau) and project management software.  Strong presentation skills with experience creating executive-level updates.  Ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
