Job Title: HVAC Field Service TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin a team building & servicing the leading innovative product that is the future of electric motors for data centers!We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide exceptional mechanical support to our customers. You will perform mechanical bearing replacements, troubleshooting, and repair of Integrated Motor & VFD products at customer sites. You will document your work, provide technical feedback to internal teams, and develop relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site repairs to minimize customer downtime (specifically, replacing bearings on all motors)
Document all troubleshooting and repair activities
Provide detailed service reports that support department metrics
Long-term Potential Responsibilities as the role progresses:
Install and commission integrated motor and VFD products at customer sites
Conduct on-site troubleshooting and testing of integrated motor and VFD
Provide technical feedback to internal teams, including sales, product management, operations, and engineering
Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
Hard Skills
Mechanically inclined
Electrical troubleshooting knowledge (how to check voltage with a meter)
Ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds, do heavy labor & work in non-climate controlled environments
Comfortable on scissor lifts or man lifts
Soft Skills

Customer interfacing experience or ability
