Sr Manager, Channel Sales As Sr Manager, Channel Sales, you will be responsible for bringing deep channel sales experience to help build a multi-tier, global channel program. Reporting to the Sr Director of Global Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving leads and revenue by finding, recruiting, and developing partners on a global scale. This position is remote eligible What You Will Do :- Grow the alliance program portfolio and integrated service offerings for My Digital Fleet clients.
- Maintain processes and make recommendations for recruiting Partner companies. Establish clear value propositions for partner and ABS.
- Develop company guidelines for new Partner companies.
- Understand markets to recommend beneficial rates and support rate negotiations.
- Maintain effective collaboration and network across functional areas sales, services, product, and operational teams.
- Monitor partner experience with a focus on fit, ease of doing business, and innovation.
- Facilitate software scale through partnership rigor and validation and integration.
- Forecast demand and capacity of Partners.
- Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs. Track, measure, and report on channel effectiveness against targets, and adjust programs and partnerships as necessary.
- Engaging with our alliances and technology channel partners on a regular cadence to develop/review joint client acquisition strategy, sales plans, marketing assets, and pitch decks.
- Evaluate Partner companies' training and knowledge on My Digital Fleet and make recommendations for improvement.
- Make observations and suggest opportunities with the Partner network and identify new areas for partnership engagement.
- Support technology scouting and evaluation process.
- Support rapid POCs and coordinate legal agreement reviews as part of the alliance program due diligence process.
- Support My Digital Fleet product development strategy and roadmap activities.
- Must be able to travel Internationally
- Typically requires 5 years of experience in partner program management with a software company.
- MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
