Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner / Site Lead to join our team in Houston, TX.This role is located at the Boeing Houston Site, near Johnson Space Center. This is home location for the International Space Station (ISS) Program. The selected candidate will provide direct support the VP Boeing ISS Program and serve as the Human Resources Site Leader. Responsibilities also include coordination with other HR function business partners and HR centers of excellence for policy, process, tools, and consultation. The Houston Site includes about 1050 employees across the site across all functions. Day-to-day business & function HR presence and leadership.Position Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leadership across programs & functions to shape talent strategies that support business strategy

Develop and implement integrated Human Resources services, processes and data analytics that inform and drive business results at the site level, including:

Talent Acquisition – staffing strategies and action plans

Talent Pipeline Development

Engagement, development and retention initiatives

Performance management and compensation

Succession Planning and pipeline development

Consultation on a range of HR-related deliverables

Champion culture initiatives

Enable informed, data-driven business decisions by providing workforce analytics, trends and consultation

Establish strong, collaborative relationships with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including our Centers of Excellence (CoEs), based on trust, credibility, expertise and business acumen

Accountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging other HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate; influencing process improvement by working with others

Collaboration across HR Centers of Excellence to solve complex problems at the highest level of quality

Ability to plan, implement, and track project deliverables and deadlines including clarifying objectives, defining scope, risk assessment, stakeholder management, prioritization, and forecasting

Mentor junior Human Resources Employees

Develop partnerships / relationships with external affiliations in support of the Florida Site Strategy

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes

3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen

3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

3+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and/or implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Human Resources certification

Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) in a manufacturing environment

Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style

Typical Education/Experience:Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience.
