ResponsibilitiesIf you are committed to humankindness, social justice, health equity, and prepared to deliver care in new, innovative ways, you belong with us.
Except to deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift
Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy and imaging
The Renal unit Is a medical/surgical unit not dialysis.
Qualifications
Degree in Nursing from an accredited program college, or university
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) within 2 years from date of hire.
At least one (1) year of RN experience
Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS)
