The Rare Sales Associate plays an integral role in supporting and building collaborative relationships with physicians and clinics while embracing and executing marketing and sales strategies as a junior representative. The purpose of this associate position is to build trust and establish effective business relationships with health care professionals. They will enhance territory coverage where there is an existing need for additional resources and support. All while demonstrating integrity and honesty.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by:Assist in developing and executing strategic business plans based on local market conditions, supporting the Sr. Account Executive in the territory.Promote our client’s products to healthcare providers and conduct sales calls to offer compliant solutions for patient needs.Provide double coverage for high-priority healthcare providers and reach out to previously uncontacted medium-to-low-tier providers within the mirrored territory or region.Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, payer landscape, and patient advocacy groups to support patient education and ensure access to our client's products.Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and continuously improve through feedback, courses, and on-the-job experiences.Demonstrate fundamental knowledge of payer coverage for promoted products.
