Job Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :Bachelor DegreeAdditional Educational Requirements :In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.Minimum Years of Experience :7 year(s)Preferred Qualifications :Preferred Fields of Study :Health Administration, Business Administration/Management, Accounting & Finance, Medicine/HealthPreferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success managing client engagements and producing solutions that involve, the following areas:

Providing revenue cycle operations subject matter specialization in client engagements related to improving the efficiency and identifying strategic opportunities for growth of healthcare provider and physician practice organizations;

Understanding of key operational and financial drivers of success within how revenue cycle operations affect the financial position of a healthcare provider organization;

Managing client engagements in either the hospital or physician practice environments to identify and produce operational or technical solutions;

Understanding the latest industry trends and regulatory changes, and their impact to organizations

Providing assessment of healthcare revenue cycle operating models, including strategy, capabilities, operational performance, and governance models;

Understanding reporting technologies and automation opportunities within revenue cycle areas;

Benchmarking to compare healthcare revenue cycle performance and costs to leading practice, including operational results, productivity, and quality metrics; and,

Demonstrating proven extensive abilities and success with utilizing tools and techniques to contribute to the delivery of revenue cycle strategies for healthcare clients.

Demonstrates intimate abilities with success managing identification and addressing of client needs including:

Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;

Communicating value propositions, utilizing PC applications such as Microsoft Office and Google to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients; and,

Managing resource requirements, project workflows, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:

Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;

Answering questions and providing direction to less experienced staff;

Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback; and,

Developing, writing, presenting and facilitating discussions on strategy to all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
