Manages, monitors and evaluates project control including, scheduling requirements, operational impact and resources allocation. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, local and UT System regulations regarding construction design and maintenance. Determines the most effective and efficient project delivery methods. Responsible for the design, execution and effectiveness of a system of internal controls. Responsible for all aspects of human resources. Other duties as assignedBachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science or related field. Seven years experience in project/construction management related activities, including project management, budgeting and documentation. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Completion of both programs can be substituted for a maximum of two years of supervisory or management experience.
