Applicants should have experience working on ladders and walking on rooftops. Cleaning of windows, gutters and pressure washing
Up-selling and recommending additional services to customers.
Vehicle responsibility and safety: Vehicle inventory and maintenance tracking. Responsible drive requirements (seatbelt, hard braking, and speeding).
Job Performance Safety requirements: right shoes, ladder safety requirements.
Required of the Role
Must be licensed to drive
Strong communication & customer service skills
Proven track record of 2 years of manual labor performing high-quality work.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Walking and standing a minimum of 8 hours required.
2 years of experience working on ladders.
Proven track-record (minimum 2-years) performing customer service.
Able to work Monday-Saturday
Must be okay working long hours.
Hard worker (mentally and physically)
Compensation
Between $35,000 and $50,000
