Should have direct patient contact and be able to take vital signs, blood sugar, and weight. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSActs as a member of a multidisciplinary team that identifies and addresses patient care needs. Assists in completion of activities of daily living, mobilization, admit/discharge and obtaining vital signs. Updates and retrieves patient information.
