SUMMARYThe primary purpose of the Parking Attendant position is to monitor all MD Anderson owned and/or controlled parking facilities for compliance, safety, operational readiness, and cleanliness. Identifies vehicles parked illegally and issues and tracks parking violations. Conducts space utilization counts and assists customers with parking-related questions. Maintains appropriate parking records. Perform other duties as assigned.JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIESPatrol MDA Parking locations Monitor all parking areas and enforce parking rules, policies, and proceduresCitation Enforcement Issue and track citations (orange stickers) or warnings to owners of vehicles, including motorcycles and bicycles in violation of institutional parking regulations.
